i used to look at energetic blockages together with mindsets when it comes to inner work.
but fuck. there's a whole lot of layers..
mindset, energetics, nervous system, family, intergenerational, systemic, social, environment, ethnicity, race, gender, nationality..
many things that we cannot "just change/shift".
ive created many 'mini something' (i haven think of what to call them yet) – manifestation, shadow work, etc a few years back and the reason why i am taking so long to revisit and edit them is because of how much i have personally grown and evolved. and there are things that no longer hold true, there are things that call for deeper exploration and layers..
the reason why doing more inner work makes you feel more confused, lost, unsure.. it is because..
the more you/i know.. the more complex things get.. the harder it is to 'get it'.. the more you/i feel like you/i dont know.
