Upcoming session: 17 Apr 2026, 8-9pm. Online. $15 SGD

In this session, you will be guided to connect and tune into your body. You may go into flow movement, breath focus, stretch.. or simply be still and in the moment.

Stretching, yoga and exercise can be calming to certain extent. And beyond that, healing requires safety.. safety in environment to allow the body to move freely without force, without “3 more breaths”, without the pressure of everyone needing to do/be in the same “pose”.

My role in this is providing guidance and suggestions, to be an enabler constantly reminding you to move freely as your body leads, as well as bearing witnessing for you.

If this session is being held in the evening/night, we will move towards a more restful exploration which is mostly lying down on bed or floor/mat.

If this session is being held in the day, you may be be guided to explore around the entire space you are in. Of cos, your body will tell you to go ahead or not.

No experience needed. But you will need:

  • A safe space where you will be undisturbed (physically, mentally, emotionally) by someone/something
  • Size of space will not matter (as long as you feel safe and comfortable) – you can even do it on your bed or floor (with or without mat, depending on your comfort level.)
  • Keep your camera on during the session (for witnessing and guidance purpose)
  • Stay for the entire session until we close up the experience
