you do not have a fear of judgement,
at least it isn’t exactly that.
when you say you have a fear of judgement, what you are likely saying is you fear being judged as something you do not wish.
if you wish that people see you as a kind person, and they make a judgement and say “hey, this person is really kind”. is that what you fear?
no, what you fear is them making a judgement that you are unkind or bad.
why is it important to hold such clarity?
imagine i say “i dont eat burgers” when what i actually meant is “i dont eat burgers with onion”. the first one take the option of burger out of the picture while the latter help you to know that you can give me a burger, without onion.
being specific and clear of the actual judgement you fear creates space and depth for you to work through it.
